What you’ll be doing
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting transactions and records
- Handle petty cash and expense verification
- Prepare invoices and payment records
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Monitor receivables and payables
- Assist with payroll and employee/driver account settlements
- Prepare periodic accounting and management reports
- Maintain proper supporting documents and filing
What we’re looking for
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
- 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
- Experience in bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable and expense management
- Ability to prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Experience in delivery, logistics or transportation companies will be an added advantage
- Candidates currently available in Kuwait preferred
- Immediate joining will be an advantage
