What you’ll be doing
Rokadiya Overseas is seeking a QA/QC Engineer for a full-time, site-based role in Kuwait City, Kuwait.

- Implement and monitor project quality assurance and quality control procedures.
- Review drawings, specifications, inspection and test plans, method statements, and material submittals.
- Conduct inspections and verify construction or installation activities against approved requirements.
- Prepare inspection requests, checklists, nonconformance reports, corrective action records, and quality dossiers.
- Coordinate material inspections, testing, sampling, and documentation with relevant parties.
- Track defects, investigate root causes, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

What we’re looking for
- Practical experience with QA/QC systems, inspection processes, and project quality documentation.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, method statements, and inspection test plans.
- Knowledge of applicable construction codes, standards, material testing, and nonconformance control.
- Experience preparing inspection requests, quality reports, checklists, punch lists, and handover dossiers.
- Competence in root-cause analysis, corrective action tracking, and quality audits.
- Communication and coordination skills for working with contractors, consultants, clients, and site teams.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with standard office and reporting tools.
- Ability to work on site, meet inspection schedules, and maintain accurate records under project deadlines.
