Primary Area: Oracle HR
1. Experience - Minimum 5 - 6 Years
2. Should have Technical Oracle ERP Installation, Configuration, Management, Reporting, Maintenance, Support, expertise proven through Certified Trainings, Courses, Work Experience only in organizations with implemented ORACLE FINANCIALS SYSTEM
3. Should be technically sound enough to be involved in trouble shooting and issue resolution.
4. Should have extensive Human Resource Management Information System Knowledge. Should have thorough knowledge of International HR Best Practices and Laws/Policies.
