Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
Conduct full field tests for Samsung mobile products
Perform software testing including inter-operability and compatibility with live network
Perform performance testing and verification including driving tests, voice quality, data throughput, current consumption, RF performance and protocol configuration
Verifying local market requirements including language integrity, local operator and government regulations
Reporting detected field issues along with detailed description for test environment/scenario and required logs to be analyzed by R&D
Testing new emerging telecommunications network technologies (such Volte, VoWiFi and 5G) and verifying compatibility and inter-operability of Samsung products with Kuwait telecom operators mainly and other GCC occasionally based on request
Optimising and updating the field test process and test cases to enhance work efficiency

Skills and Qualifications
Technology skills around mobile handsets and deep knowledge about mobile communication
Experience in SW testing/quality assurance
Possess a basic understanding of Android OS and other mobile platforms
