What's On Your Plate?
Responsible for training (on boarding & regular training).
Documenting all training activities.
Assessing the effectiveness of training through testing, review of audit results & trainee feedback
Ensures & improves quality of riders (behavior, appearance).
To assist on rider equipment and local inventory management.
Having a report for all riders inventory.
Be up-to-date with the rider application features and versions.
Update the training material periodically.
Grooming & hygiene compliance training and monitoring.
Train the riders on how to communicate with the customers and how to represent talabat perfectly as they are our image.
Train the rider on the proper communication channels for support and how to properly use them.
Work closely with all operations team to enhance and improve the training process as we want to reach to the target of being the pioneers in the region in the training quality.
Build a strong communication channels with training teams in the region for sharing experiences and ideas.
Fully control the onboarding and hiring process. Simplify it and make it more efficient.
Establish a clear disciplinary action list and work with the operations team on automating them thru compliance rules.
Any other tasks as requested by the line manager.
Ensure road safety measures are well understood to the drivers for compliance.
Job Specification
What Do We Request?
Bachelor's degree in logistics or any other related field.
2-5 Years of full-time experience in training (preferred with couriers/driver training)
Flexibility
Ideally experience in inventory management
Ability to work under pressure
Fluent in one or more of these languages: Arabic, English, Urdu & Hindi
Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
PowerPoint presentation & MS office Skills
