Site Senior Q.S / Contracts Administrator

We are currently searching for a Site Senior QS / Contracts Administrator to join our team in Kuwait. The Site Senior QS / Contracts Administrator must demonstrate a minimum of 15yrs experience working on building projects in the Middle East.

Our portfolio of live projects includes cultural, healthcare, hospitality and retail projects across the Middle East and North Africa.

  What will my responsibilities look like in this role?

• Takes-off quantities from drawings of all materials/works needed for civil, structural, mechanical and architectural works.

• Prepares the Bills of Quantities, descriptions, etc. in accordance with drawings and specifications.

• Assists in the preparation of Front-end Documents and Tender Evaluation Reports.

• Prepares of cost plans and estimates at different stages of design.

• Assists in the evaluation of Tender/Bid Documents submitted by the Contractors.

• Prepares of Contract Documents.

• Prepares Cost Analysis on completed projects.

  What do I need to apply?

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering

• 15 years previous experience in a similar role.

• Advanced technical writing and communication skills and fluency in the English language.

• Proficiency in Arabic language would be an added advantage.
