Role Summary
Responsible for the performance of the assigned city/zone and to manage team to achieve the KPI’s targets. Plan and provide solutions for growth and riders capacity optimization in the assigned city/zone while achieving the targets.
Job Specification
What’s On Your Plate?
Review and analyze the Performance reports for the City/Zone assigned.
Review the riders’ capacity and the riders schedule continuously to meet the forecasted demand.
Review the performance of the vendors in the assigned zones and report poor performers for further actions.
Review and suggest coverage areas addition where possible in order to optimize the available resources.
Report any obstacles, threats, or difficulties that might affect the operation in order to look for the most suitable solutions.
Making sure that riders’ compliance is well-monitored by the rider captains and actions are taken immediately on the daily reports for improvements.
Conduct weekly visits to the city/zones assigned and receive feedback from the stakeholders for continuous improvement.
Manage the team of Rider Managers and distribute the tasks equally to them.
Prepare and present periodic reports for management.
Any other tasks as requested by the line manager.
