- Defines & designs system specifications, and evaluates input/output processes and working parameters for hardware / software compatibility.
- Coordinates design of subsystems and integration of total system.
- Defines system support requirements.
- Analyzes and resolves program support deficiencies.
- Conducts independent technical investigations in systems design.
- Revaluates vendor capabilities to provide required products or services.
- Following up on the incidents and ensuring that they will be solved according to the service levels.
- Fluent in English and preferably have knowledge of Arabic as well
- Good communication skills (both oral and written)
- Excellent documentation skills
- Aged between 18-45 years
