Job Description

We are looking for a Contracts Manager to review, monitor, negotiate and ensure our contracts under our scope of responsibility are compliant and executed as per the agreed Tamp;Cs. If you have extensive experience in managing multiple contracts within the facilities management field or FMCG, read on and see if this role is for you.

This role will be responsible to:

  • Liaise on all aspects of contractual matters with clients and internal departments to ensure alignment and information are updated, shared, and documented.
  • Administer the execution of new contracts and contract modifications
  • Monitor the contracts’ duration period of all the running contracts to ensure all active contracts are properly attended to.
  • Maintain database of all the contracts and updating the records to ensure data capture and accuracy of records.
  • Regularly review contractual agreements and negotiate with clients to ensure profitability and minimize potential losses.
  • Review of contractual rates against billing to ensure accuracy of invoicing.
  • Regular communication with concerned departments executing the contracts to ensure contractual obligations are performed and complied with.
  • Provide contract administration support to the Procurement suppliers’ contracts.
  • Assist and support the line manager in other related tasks as necessary to ensure department objectives are achieved.
  • Lead quality and compliance processes in the contracts department to ensure alignment with applicable ISO standard requirements.

Requirements

To be considered for the role, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
  • More than 5 years work experience in managing multiple projects' contracts (execution, billing, modification); with experience in facilities management, US Government contracts is preferred
  • Knowledgeable in managing multiple contracts
  • Professional-level English language skills, Arabic language skills a plus
  • Very good customer relationship building skills
  • Detail oriented with very good numeracy skills
  • Well-versed in contracts modification, negotiation
  • Exemplifies knowledge of contract law, accounting principles, and finance
  • Willingness to travel locally to the project sites and internationally, which may include remote sites locations
