About the role

The Luxury Closet is looking for a VIP Admin Assistant who will work with the VIP concierge team in Kuwait, help in connecting and coordinating with the VIP clients, help acquiring new clients, maintain relationship with existing clients and provide exceptional service. Applicants with a passion for luxury products and fashion will enjoy the role!


  • Assisting the team in developing connections with new and existing consignors.
  • Connecting with consignors on emails, chats and calls to assist them with their luxury merchandise.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing consignors to increase business.
  • Maintain a seamless flow of communication with multiple departments including merchandising, accounting and customer service.
  • Help the team achieve the monthly consignment targets for your geographic market.
  • Develop and implement action plans to continually increase consignment with The Luxury Closet.


  • Ability to work under pressure and exceed targets.
  • Knowledge of multiple luxury brands in preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Pro-active service delivery attitude - willingness to stretch and do whatever is required with a hands-on approach.
