Job Role:
Responsible for performing ITIL Process based audits and implementation of an effective Business Continuity Management (BCM) governance framework that is consistent with general regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Must exhibit excellent research skills as well as the ability to translate technical data into text that any reader can understand.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor Production, DR deployments
- Run security updates and assessments
- Monitor security and patch deployments
- Access control; access monitoring on both external and internal Projects
- Communicate with the Support Team for requirements such as VPN access, user access, storage issues, internet access, software installations, software downloads
- Review and Deploying Microsoft patches and cumulative updates on SharePoint / SQL Server / Operating system quarterly or as required
- PowerShell experience
- Good knowledge in Microsoft project server, Sharepoint, Windows server os, Sql databases
SharePoint:
- Maintaining SharePoint server farm health and functionality
- Granting permissions to new users and managing SharePoint permissions
- Creating/Deleting groups/users
- Analyzing and monitoring SharePoint content, storage, site usage, and user load
- Backup and restoration of SharePoint Sites/content databases
- Moving SharePoint sites from staging to UAT and production servers
- Monitoring services/event logs/SharePoint logs for errors
- Email configuration for alerts
- Auditing SharePoint farm weekly/monthly
Reports and Integration:
- Gathering requirements for reports
- Developing reports based on the Team/Customer requirement
- Data migration
- Creating data integration and migration jobs
- Good at writing Sql queries
Requirements
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or similar degrees
- At least 4 years’ experience in a related IT role

- Web Technologies: Project server EPM 2007/2010/2013, Office 365/SharePoint 2013/ 2010, MOSS 2007 WSS 2.0.
- Reporting Tools: SSRS, Power Bi
- RDBMS: Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2008R2/2012/2016
- Development Tools: Visual Studio 2010/2012, Project professional 2007/2010/2013
- Application Server: IIS
- Version Control: TFS 2010/2012 amp; VSS 2005
- Messaging: Exchange server 2007/2010
- Virtualization: Hyper-V 2008r2/2012
