Fleet Management:
- Complies with all quality assurance requirements at all times and implements any suggested improvements by the QA
- Coordinates with the workshop for any required corrective maintenance
- Handovers buses to the respective bus drivers and prepares all relevant documents and formalities
- Highlights any abnormalities in bus fuel consumption and report it to the relevant team
- Manage and track operational bus availability to ensure their continuous availability for any operational requirements
- Manages a pool of emergency buses and deploys an emergency bus whenever required
- Monitors eMushrif Hardware Health and reports any issues in the hardware to the relevant workshop team
- Monitors the bus ODO Meter and scheduled maintenance dates to ensure buses are available for major/ minor maintenance in timely manner
- Monitors any traffic fines on the buses and relays to finance and trip monitoring for deducting the payment from the respective driver
- Places any new requests for the supply chain depending on the demand requirements and follows up on pending requisitions
- Studies fuel consumption of buses and coordinates with the finance and accounts team to complete the payments of the fuel consumption.
Requirements
- BSc in Operations Management or any relevant field
- 1-3 Years of Experience in the same capacity
