Job Description:
Dedicated IT, and network support staff providing required coordination between the ISP, other vendors and the tenants.
Core Responsibilities:
This position includes but does not limit to the following:
Core Responsibilities:
Oversee the installation and maintenance of all IT related equipment.
Commission, service and maintain equipment (Computers, Computer peripherals, Network hardware, Telecommunication devices, Audio and Video equipment, related transmission equipment and systems, and photocopier machines)
Set up and manage office networks and ensure clients and staff IT and network issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties.
Recommend and setup IT tools for efficient workflow
Provide training on work tools for new employees and to staff members when required.
Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Achieve the highest levels of proficiency in all skills required to perform the role.
Ensure that performance goals set by and agreed with management are achieved during the course of the year.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Hardware and Networking Certifications are a must.
Cisco and Microsoft Certifications is a plus.

An Analytical individual with sound understanding of workflow and business process
Excellent Research skills
Decision making and risk management skills
Dynamic and proactive attitude
Language Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is mandatory.
Arabic is a plus
