Job Description:
The purpose of this position is to handle all official transactions and paperwork with the government and various ministries on behalf of the company and its employees.
Core Responsibilities:
This position includes but does not limit to the following:
· Handle government liaison and related duties for and on behalf of the company.
· Follow up with all government and official entities for licensing, employee visas, renewals and all other related transactions.
· Provide advice and updates to employees and management on government related laws and procedures.
· Handle filing of all related paperwork in an organized manner.
· Any other related tasks as required by the management.
Educational Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (preferred)
Job Experience:
· 3 years of working knowledge/experience in administration work or similar role
· Experience with document management systems
· Knowledge of Kuwait law practices and immigration procedures

Work location: Kuwait City
Office Timings: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (Sun to Thur)
