PWC Technology for Computers (PWCT) is a company wholly owned by Agility. PWCT provides e-Government solutions designed to facilitate trade, and improve customs and tax revenues. We offer governments a platform for multi-agency collaboration that facilitates paperless cross-border trade, offers speedier customs processing, and emphasizes transparency and visibility.

We have executed various types of IT modernization implementation and integration projects for customs administrations in countries such as Kuwait, Malaysia, Egypt, Pakistan, and Ghana. We are one of Agility’s enterprise solutions developers that consistently deliver highly successful IT projects.

The role in brief:

Monitoring the DC and DR for system, network and DC facilities, supporting, reporting and escalating to next level and co-ordination between internal and external stakeholders for technical exchange of information to provide the required service to customer.

Your Responsibilities:

Must have thorough knowledge on all the windows operating systems and Server Hardware platforms. Unix operating system knowledge and experience is an added advantage.

Diagnosis and Troubleshooting abilities is needed on server amp; systems/network issues

Should possess good Understanding Skills on Backup software/Tools, product specific like on DPM/Symantec Net Backup/HP Data Protector is an added benefit, Anti-Virus software/Tools (Officescan Trendmicro / Symantec), IIS, SQL, AD, SQL installation and administration.

Should have basic concept and theoretical knowledge of Call tracking or Servicedesk tools (SCSM/CA Servicedesk /Any other Helpdesk software). Practical Experience will be an added advantage.

Should have basic concept and theoretical knowledge of systems and network monitoring tools (SCOM/Solarwinds/MRTG/Other Enterprise monitoring tools. Practical Experience will be an added advantage.

Requirements

Your Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Computer Application
  • 2 to 3+ yrs. Experience in a similar environment
  • MCP/MCSE/CCNA certification
  • Must have strong communication skill both verbal amp; oral and self-starter, motivated and team player.
  • Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, Systems amp; Network technology in IT infrastructure
  • Preferred Government Sector/Private Sector industry domain
  • ISO related Knowledge to support deployment of ISO requirements.
