A support role that assists in the day to day administrative tasks associated with the Project Management function. Tasks include reporting - with some analysis required, Quality Management maintenance and implementation, and document control. Additionally, some technical work in support to the project engineers will also be assigned.
Your Responsibilities
- Document control on large and multiple projects
- Perform data analysis with Microsoft Excel, Gant charts, and tables
- Prepare reports of large and multiple projects for PMO
- Support development of Project Management Excellence
- Prepare technical drawings and diagrams
- Maintain Quality Management system
Requirements
Your Qualifications
- Associate/Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering field or other related fields
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as planning assistant or similar support role in a project management firm
- Background in engineering, construction, and facilities operation
- Familiarity with engineering and construction documents
Your Proficiencies
- MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Basics of Primavera (preferred)
- Capability of reading the construction schedule (CPM)
- Bilingual (English and Arabic) preferred
